Otwarcie sesji wręczeniem wysokich odznaczeń państwowych i aktów mianowania dla nauczycieli – tak wyglądało wrześniowe posiedzenie Rady Gminy Nieporęt. Radni podjęli szereg kluczowych uchwał kształtujących przyszłość gminy.
We czwartek, 18 wrz. 2025 r., obrady Rady Gminy Nieporęt miały wyjątkowy, uroczysty charakter. Sesję rozpoczęto od wręczenia srebrnej odznaki „Za opiekę nad zabytkami” przyznanej przez Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego Panu Konradowi Szostkowi. – To szczególne wyróżnienie za opiekę nad dobrami kultury i działalność konserwatorską – podkreślono podczas uroczystości.
Sześcioro nauczycieli z terenu gminy otrzymało akty mianowania, a Pan Andrzej Olechowski został uhonorowany tytułem „Zasłużony dla Gminy Nieporęt” za wieloletnie zaangażowanie i pracę na rzecz lokalnej społeczności. Wójt Gminy Agnieszka Powała złożyła sprawozdanie z działań podjętych w ostatnim okresie oraz przedstawiła raport z wykonania „Programu Ochrony Środowiska dla Gminy Nieporęt na lata 2018–2022 z perspektywą do 2026 roku”.
Radni przystąpili następnie do podjęcia szeregu istotnych uchwał, dotyczących m.in. zmian w Wieloletniej Prognozie Finansowej na lata 2025–2042, zmian w Uchwale Budżetowej na 2025 rok, nabycia nieruchomości we wsi Aleksandrów oraz ustanowienia służebności przesyłu dla infrastruktury telekomunikacyjnej we wsiach Kąty Węgierskie i Wola Aleksandra.
– Dzisiejsza sesja pokazała, jak wiele różnorodnych spraw podejmujemy wspólnie na forum Rady Gminy – podsumowano obrady. – To właśnie te decyzje krok po kroku kształtują rozwój i przyszłość naszej gminy.
Ceremonial Session in Nieporęt. Awards, Promotions and Key Decisions for the Municipality
Opening the session with the presentation of high state decorations and appointments for teachers – this is how the September meeting of the Nieporęt Municipality Council looked. Councilors passed a number of key resolutions shaping the future of the municipality.
On Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, the meeting of the Nieporęt Municipality Council had a unique, ceremonial character. The session began with the presentation of the silver badge "For the Care of Monuments" awarded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage to Mr. Konrad Szostek. – This is a special distinction for the care of cultural goods and conservation activities – emphasized during the ceremony.
Six teachers from the municipality received acts of appointment, and Mr. Andrzej Olechowski was honored with the title "Meritorious for the Nieporęt Municipality" for his long-term involvement and work for the local community. Mayor Agnieszka Powała presented a report on activities undertaken recently and presented a report on the implementation of the "Environmental Protection Program for the Nieporęt Municipality for 2018–2022 with a perspective until 2026".
Councilors then proceeded to pass a number of important resolutions, concerning, among others, changes to the Multiannual Financial Forecast for 2025–2042, changes to the Budget Resolution for 2025, acquisition of real estate in the village of Aleksandrów, and establishment of transmission easement for telecommunications infrastructure in the villages of Kąty Węgierskie and Wola Aleksandra.
– Today's session showed how many diverse matters we undertake together at the forum of the Municipality Council – summarized the meeting. – It is these decisions that step by step shape the development and future of our municipality.
