Eliasz Kapela, a 22-year-old pivot, joins the Legionowo handball team KPR Legionowo. Standing at 195 cm, Kapela is a product of Pogoń Szczecin and a graduate of SMS ZPRP Kielce. He debuted in the ORLEN Superliga with the Szczecin team.
